My Philosophy
I believe healing happens when we feel safe in our bodies.
So many women move through life holding stress, tension, and emotions that never had space to be released. My work is about gently creating that space.
Through somatic breathwork, Reiki energy healing, creativity, and community, I guide women back to themselves — helping them regulate their nervous systems, reconnect to their inner wisdom, and rediscover the light within them.
Healing doesn’t have to be complicated or overwhelming. Sometimes it simply begins with one breath, one moment of stillness, and permission to soften.
My Expertise
My work blends several healing practices to support the whole person — body, mind, and energy.
I am a somatic breathwork coach, Reiki practitioner, yoga & Meditation instructor, and creative workshop facilitator. For years I’ve held space for women through yoga classes, breathwork sessions, creative gatherings, and wellness experiences designed to nurture both emotional and physical wellbeing.
By combining breath, energy work, creativity, and nervous system regulation, I offer a unique approach that helps women move out of chronic stress and into a more grounded, regulated way of living.
My passion is creating supportive environments where women feel seen, safe, and empowered.

I am based in Northwood, New Hampshire, where I offer in-person sessions, workshops, and small group experiences.
I also work with clients virtually, making somatic breathwork and healing sessions accessible from anywhere.
Whether you join me in person or online, my goal is to create a space where you can pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
